Greetings! My name is Patricia L. Merrill. I am a licensed professional Real Estate Broker. I have 23 years of knowledge in Real Estate and Mortgage Financing. I am the owner and founder of Homestead Realty and have served Jefferson. Hardin. Orange Counties and surrounding areas for about 23 years. I have a Real Estate degree from Lamar. Before moving to Jefferson Co.. I practiced Real Estate in New Mexico for a short time. Our company is BBB accredited with an A+ rating. We have also been involved with Property

Management for about 10 years. We currently manage over 130 homes a year. My team consists of seven additional licensed and knowledgeable Real Estate Agents. As a realtor. it is an honor to guide a seller/buyer along their journey and be able to assist them through the whole process from start to finish.
